Register for the CAECS-E
Identify a Proctor
Before you register for the CAECS-E, you must identify someone to act as a proctor for your test. The materials that you (the candidate) will need in order to complete the test will be sent to your chosen proctor, who must keep all materials secure. He/she will work with you to schedule a time for testing and make sure to have the necessary equipment ready. The proctor will be given instructions to go over with you prior to testing.
Your proctor cannot be a family member or a member of your household. The proctor does not need to know how to cue. In fact, it is may be better if your proctor is not a cuer at all since they will not be allowed in the future to take the version of the test they proctored for you. Once you have worked out who your proctor will be, gather his/her contact information. You will need this in order to register for the CAECS-E.
