Submitting Payment

By June 30th of each year, certified CLTs must submit their CMP Annual Fee.

You may pay the CMP Annual fee by sending a check made payable to the TECUnit at the address listed below. Payments by check must be postmarked by June 30th.

You may also pay online by credit card or Apple Pay using our secure online payment platform. We are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and major debit cards.

Late Fees

Late payment accrues fees according to the following schedule:

First Late Fee: Payments received between July 1-31 incur a $10 fee (total $100).
Second Late Fee: Payments received between Aug. 1-31 incur a $20 fee (total $110).
Third Late Fee: Payments received between Sept. 1 and Nov. 30 incur a $60 fee (total $150).
Final Late Fee: Payments received between December 1-31 incur a $110 fee (total $200).

If you are having difficulty paying the annual fee, contact our office. After Dec. 31, the transliterator’s national certification status will lapse. At that time the only way to renew certification will be by taking and successfully passing the CLTNCE.
